Efficiency Comes Through Using the Right Tools

One of the biggest things we advocate is using the right tool for the the tasks you need. Most all tools interoperate so that's not the issue, the issue is incorrect placement or deployment of the wrong technologies. Here's an example from our research over the last six years.

When doing any sort of office work, monitors should be positioned vertically for optimal viewing of all content. It is very rare web applications are not vertical and text is read from right to left; thus, smaller columns allow for an easier read. If using a widescreen monitor, the screen should be partitioned to left and right sides whereas near-square displays should be turned 90 degrees.

Branding is just a name

We realize there are more companies that offer similar or competiting technologies to Cisco and cost margins less. Cisco, while a viable company, also tries to suck customers into their prorietary measures to keep them coming back. Only if you are using Cisco's proprietary, and completely optional, measures will you have issues switching to anything else. We seek to allow our customers to pick the best on the market for their needs, not what Cisco says they need.
