Services of Kevin Ghadyani, Ltd, NetBrain, and its workers are not responsible for any hardware, software, data loss, or damage as a consequence of tech support or data recovery nor any damage resulting from any previous issues. Any pay loss or damages to productivity are not the responsibility of Services of Kevin Ghadyani, Ltd. Services of Kevin Ghadyani, Ltd are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the inability to use a system while it is in the possession of Services of Kevin Ghadyani, Ltd. Damages resulting from the use of spare or substitute parts is not the responsibility of Services of Kevin Ghadyani, Ltd. Services of Kevin Ghadyani, Ltd reserves the right to deny any customer its services.

Money

Item costs for system builds, hardware, or software, must be paid for by the customer, not Services of Kevin Ghadyani, Ltd unless an agreement has been made. When required, any transportation costs must be paid for by the customer unless a typed and signed agreement has been made. All prices and costs are subject to change without notice. Prices will be honored by the date at which a request was made.
